Engineering and Project Services
Since 2004 Sugar K Ltd services have included engineering, project management and procurement services for industrial sugar production projects.
Sugar K Ltd is therefore in a position to supply its clients:
- Complete green field sugar mill/refinery projects
- Projects for the rehabilitation and/or the expansion of existing sugar mill/refinery facilities worldwide, after conducting with partner companies or its own independent associated engineers a full feasibility study to assess the precise and specific requirements
- Sugar warehouses for bulk and or bagged commodities including all the related material handling equipment (e.g. conveyor belts, bucket elevators)
- State of the art discharging installations in order to improve the turnover of vessels at berth and to increase the profitability of an existing stand-alone facility
- Procurement of sugar processing equipment from first class manufacturers in Brazil, Europe or the USA
- Efficient power generation units to improve the cost effectiveness of the sugar mill/refinery and/or to increase the production of electricity to resell to the local grid and generate additional revenue streams
- Innovative solutions adapted by our engineers to the particular country or client circumstances, to improve the technical performance of the sugar production facility with quickly amortised additional investments
